For me, real estate has always been about more than buying and selling houses. It’s about people, possibilities, and finding a place that truly works for the life you’re building.
I grew up around home building and renovations, and my career has taken me through a unique mix of hands-on construction, design, and entrepreneurship. I’ve worked some framing houses, as a draftsperson for a renovation company, and designing kitchens, bathrooms, and cabinetry. I’m also an artist and a small-business owner, so I naturally see both the creative potential and the practical details that make a home function well.
Today, as a REALTOR® with CIR Realty, I bring that experience to my clients in a way that is practical, personal, and never pushy. Whether you’re purchasing your first home, looking for more room for your growing family, searching for an acreage, or taking on a fixer-upper, I want you to feel informed and confident throughout the process.
I have a particular eye for the details that can be easy to overlook, from layout and functionality to materials, finishes, renovation potential, and the little things that create eye appeal. I love uncovering those hidden gems and helping clients see not only what a property is today, but what it could become.
As a mum of four and a wife, I understand that home is deeply personal. It needs to support real life, not just look good in a listing photo. My goal is to make the process as enjoyable and stress-free as possible while providing honest advice, thoughtful guidance, and strong attention to detail.
Whether you’re buying your next home, selling a property, or simply wondering what your home is worth, I’m here to help you make sense of the market and make decisions that feel right for you.
Real Estate
is personal,
Your experience should be too.

What my clients say...
"It is my pleasure to talk about my experience using Logan McCallum as my Realtor in the purchase of my Condominium. I was impressed with her knowledge, skill and anticipation of events unfolding. It seemed she was always a step ahead and punctual in communicating, in addition to being patient working with my very poor technical knowledge. Her recommendations for Property Inspection, the review of Condo Documents and Lawyers were all first class and reasonable. The sale was smooth and Logan provided me with a Booklet showing copies of all documents signed. She was a pleasure to work with! "

"I can’t recommend Logan highly enough. What impressed me most was how knowledgeable she is about homes—not just from a real estate perspective, but from growing up in a family of builders and realtors. She notices things that many people would overlook and was very good at pointing out what was worth investigating further without making every little issue feel like a catastrophe. One of the things I appreciated most was how practical and realistic she was. If something needed updating or repairing, she often had a good sense of what would be an easy fix, what might be more involved, and even the general ballpark cost. That was incredibly helpful when trying to look past cosmetic issues and decide whether a house was actually a good purchase. Logan was also an excellent negotiator. She was strong and confident when she needed to be, but always reasonable and professional. I felt that she was genuinely protecting my interests rather than simply trying to get a deal done. She also went far beyond what I expected from a realtor. She made extra phone calls, helped coordinate things with my lawyer, followed up on utilities and other details, and took care of countless little things that made the entire process easier for me. Buying a home can be stressful, but Logan made me feel informed and looked after throughout the process. She is smart, thorough, hardworking and genuinely cares about her clients. I would absolutely use her again and would recommend her without hesitation."
